School InformationBuilt on-site within the Cypress Creek Lakes community itself, Warner Elementary School, Smith Middle School, and Cypress Ranch High School are all highly rated schools in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. All three schools were recently constructed and offer some of the best functionality of facilities, grounds and equipment in the district. Growth & InnovationThe Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District continues to be among the fastest growing school districts in the nation, as well as the third-largest district in the state of Texas. For the fourth consecutive year, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is the largest Recognized school district in Texas. With 83 campuses, nearly 12,000 employees and more than 100,000 students, the district continues to build schools and support facilities. The district has a 96% completion rate, 15.5 to 1 student to teacher ratio, an average of 11.5 years of teacher experience, and 24% of teachers hold advanced degrees. Academic AchievementCy-Fair I.S.D. is an award-winning school district, having been honored the rating of “Superior Achievement” by the Texas Education Agency’s Schools FIRST (Financial Accountability Rating System of Texas) program seven times consecutively. Cy-Fair ISD's Berry CenterIn addition to Cy-Fair ISD’s outstanding school facilities and programs, the district recently opened the Berry Center, one of the highlights of the district. The E. Berry Educational and Support Center was built as a support facility for students and teachers. The center meets the demands for district-wide staff development, graduation exercises, extra and co-curricular activities, performances and competitions as well as community meetings, events and receptions. Amenities within the center include an 11,000 seat athletic stadium, a 16,000 square-foot staff development/conference center that can be partitioned into 17 rooms, a 456-seat auditorium; a multi-purpose area designed for 9,500 maximum capacity with 8,300 fixed seats; a floor banquet seating and catering facility to accommodate the preparation and serving of 1,000 meals; a complete loading dock, backstage marshalry, star and support dressing areas; a 4,000 space parking area; and administrative office space.
