Cypress Creek Lakes Big Summer Fun Event Planned for Saturday, May 27

Cypress Creek Lakes is hosting the community’s annual Big Summer Fun event on Saturday, May 27th from 4 to 9:30 pm. The event will be held at the community’s Phase 3 Recreation Center complex located off Tuckerton Road.

Visitors can enjoy 10 of Houston's most exciting food trucks: Coreanos, Cousins Maine Lobster, Twisted Catfish, D’Lish Curbside, Foreign Policy, The Cuban Spot, Mr. Sizzles, The Waffle Bus, Buttz, Beasley’s. Food truck tickets are available online at cypresscreeklakeshoa.com. Resident tickets are $10 each and non-resident tickets are $14 each. Guests can completely skip the lines by having their tickets shipped in advance to them, or pick them up the day of the event at will call. Tickets will be available onsite if you don’t purchase in advance.

Three dessert trucks will also be at the event and these are free while supplies last. These include Berry’s Ice, Ice Cream Party and Frosted Betty Bake Shop.

Visitors can also enjoy free live entertainment. The event stage will feature Live 80, a high energy 80s band.

There will be two bounce houses, three bungee trampolines, a rock climbing wall, face painting and balloon art for the kids, giveaways and prize drawings, all of which is free of charge.

You can even register to win a $1500 Summer Vacation just for visiting three builder model homes. No purchase necessary.

This fun day is all capped off with a fireworks show at 9:10 pm.

Parking for this event will be at The Met church with free shuttles to the event site.
