Neighborhood Schools

One of the most rewarding draws to our community is the easy convenience of the school system. Unlike many other home communities, all three of our schools, Warner Elementary School, Smith Middle School and Cypress-Ranch High School, are located within a single campus and are right in the middle of the neighborhood. Morning and afternoon school stops are now one quick trip by car or even on foot. Zoning troubles are also in the past as all students attend the same schools from kindergarten through high school graduation, maintaining long lasting friendships and building a closer community for the future.

Each of the schools that resident students attend are a part of the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District, the third largest and one of the highest ranked school districts in the state of Texas. CFISD is continually achieving awards and high ratings for its schools' commitment to high-outcome education.

In addition to the outstanding schools of the Cy-Fair ISD right in the community, Cypress Creek Lakes boasts a location that affords life-long education to residents close to home through Lone Star College Cy-Fair. For the best shopping deals in the area, visit the Houston Premium Outlets mall located only 2 1/2 miles north of Fry Rd. on Highway 290. Developed by Interfin, in partnership with Kickerillo and Mischer, Cypress Creek Lakes' own development company, Vintage Park is a visual transport to an Italian shopping promenade.
